Terms of Heguru Online Service
Heguru Online Service (“Service”), a video streaming service operated and provided by Heguru Center Pte. Ltd. (“Provider”) under the license of HEGL Inc. at Tokyo Japan (“Heguru”), is subjected to this Terms of Heguru Online Service (the “Terms”). The Terms shall constitute a binding contract between you and the Provider regarding your use of its Service. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the Service. When you use this Service, you are deemed to have agreed to its Terms automatically.
1. Use of Service
1.1 Service shall be provided by the Provider to a Heguru online class member only through the website operated by the Provider. 1.2 In order to use this Service, you have to be an enrolled student of Heguru Singapore @ City Square Mall to be eligible to sign up for the online class. 1.3 All costs of internet connection to use this Service will be borne by you. 1.4 The Provider reserves the right to amend, alter, or change in any part of its website, the content of a video, and Service any time without prior notice to you.
2. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by you to the Provider during the course of Service shall be treated in accordance with the privacy policy set forth in the website of the Provider https://www.hegurucenter.com.sg.
3. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyrights
Intellectual property rights and copyrights of all contents in the video and Service including texts, photos, pictures, charts, programs, website, logos, service marks, trademarks, and other graphic design specific to Heguru, are owned by Heguru and its authorized third party. You are authorized to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, and within the scope specified in the Terms and also copyright laws.
4. Forbidden Acts
You agree not to commit any of the following acts while using the Service. If Heguru or Provider deems that a forbidden act has been committed, your access to the Service shall be terminated immediately without prior notice. In addition, you will be charged by the Provider for damages caused by such acts. 4.1 Any act that violates or likely to violate any of the Terms. 4.2 Any act that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals. 4.3 Any act that obstructs the operation or provision of the Service or impedes its usage by other users. 4.4 Any act that causes damage to the Provider, Heguru, other Members and any third party. 4.5 Any act that commits reversed engineering, reversed assembling, reversed compiling, revision, or alteration to the software. 4.6 Any act the Provider deems inappropriate.
5. System Maintenance and Service Outage
The Provider reserves the right to temporally suspend Service under the following circumstances with prior notice on Provider’s website (during emergencies, the notice may be made promptly after the cause). i) In order to update, add information to, change, delete, or revise the information, or because of system maintenance ii) Because of failures or disruptions of equipment and lines, power outages, disasters, war, or other unavoidable circumstances. iii) Whenever the Provider determines that it is necessary.
6. Amendment of Terms of Services
Provider reserves the rights to update the Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. If you use Service after such effective time, you are automatically deemed to agree to the new Terms.
7. User Account
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account for use of the Service. You will be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Provider immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Provider will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You could be held liable for losses incurred by Provider, Heguru or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. If you are in breach of the Terms, the Provider reserves all the rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove contents under their sole discretion.
8. Applicable Law
The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
9. Disputes
You and Provider consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts with respect to all controversies arising out of or relating to the use of Service and the Terms.
